Shipping & Returns

Deliveries

We ship to physical addresses across South Africa using our courier partners for a fixed fee of R200 per order. You also have the option to pick up from 20 Stanford Road, Rondebosch, 7700, Cape Town.

Orders can take 3-5 working days for delivery depending on your destination. We will dispatch on the first business day after you placed your order and send you the tracking details. 

Returns

If you would like to return your order, you are welcome to do it within 30 days of delivery. 

You will be responsible for the shipping costs and once we have received the return in a saleable condition we will refund you, excluding the original shipping cost.
